As an HSE Officer at PT Graha Ventura Indonesia, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and providing training to our workforce. You will work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety programs to ensure compliance with national and international safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure safety objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of safety and environmental data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Certification as a Competent Person (CP) or Competent Person Safety (CPS) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP, MSHA, or OSHA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
