📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize EDI processes to ensure seamless data exchange between our systems and client systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Develop and implement EDI solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all EDI transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EDI processes into broader business operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in EDI, X12, EDIFACT, and other relevant technologies.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on EDI-related topics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our EDI operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EDI implementation and management.
• Proficient in EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, and ANSI ASC X12.
• Experience with EDI software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
